Kasey Alim is a mother of three beautiful children, Ryder, Harper and Scarlett. She has been married for eight years to her husband Russell. After giving birth to her third child and struggling with anxiety and postpartum depression, she was drowning. Kasey wanted more energy and to feel good in her own body, this is where she began her journey to live a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically. She found the support and accountability she needed from a health and fitness coach.
Through these experiences Kasey developed a desire to serve as a tool for those who needed guidance while on their own journey. She became a Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach, helping many other individuals live the life they desire through goal setting, habit changing and implementing tools that make it simple and long-lasting. She went on to become a Hatha Yoga Instructor as well.
As a Certified Health Coach she has gained insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables her to bring a high level of empathy, compassion, and understanding while offering structure and accountability to her clients. Kasey strongly believes that learning self-love and self-compassion is the key to healing.
Kasey's education and training developed her coaching arsenal – allowing her to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
With a focus on Primary foods including Careers, Physical Activity, Relationships and Spirituality we explore the connection between our habits around Secondary foods, which are the foods we put into our bodies. Diets don't work but through the process of adding in healthier options you will naturally crowd out the foods that no longer serve the body.
Kasey graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition for Health Coaching. and offers a variety of programs each tailored to the individual needs of her clients.
"As a Health Coach I guide and support anyone who feels ready to discover and reach their goals, so they can start living the life they truly desire."
Kasey completed a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga, allowing her to educate on the mind-body connection & offer this in her sessions with her clients.
