Hatha Yoga is about balancing the body and the mind. It develops strength, flexibility, relaxation and mental concentration. My classes are developed for mixed level participants and provide many benefits for the mind, body and soul.
During one of my classes you will experience mindfulness, breath work, various yoga postures and a relaxing meditation, We will focus on releasing tension while connecting to the breath using it to move through the poses. I encourage my students to open their minds and their hearts, to settle into the present moment during their time on the mat so that they can get the most out of their practice.
